Kah in demand back in SA

Jamie Kah is a rider in demand when she returns home in search of more Group 1 glory at Morphettville on Group 1 Goodwood Day.

Fresh from her equal biggest day at the races where she rode five winners at Caulfield last weekend, Kah has key rides in all the day’s features, led by TAB Classic winner Instant Celebrity in the $502,250 Group 1 Goodwood (1200m).

Kah replaces Craig Williams – who will partner Behemoth – aboard the three-year-old filly, while she’ll also team with Brooklyn Hustle. The Victorian sprinter will bypass the Goodwood and stay against the fillies in mares in the $127,250 Group 3 Proud Miss Stakes (1200m).

Her other key rides include Love Takes Time, a winner of her only start, for the Anthony and Sam Freedman stable in the $152,250 Group 3 SA Fillies Classic over 2500m.

She will again team with Godolphin aboard Salamanders in the $127,250 Listed David Coles AM Stakes (formerly National Stakes) over 1200m for the two-year-olds, while her manager Lachlan Weekley has also secured her the ride on Kansino in the $107,250 Listed Centaurea Stakes (2000m) for SA Derby-winning combination of Ciaron Maher and David Eustace.
