FLYIN' FOR US (R. Milnes) – in the vicinity of the 700m was taken in by NISKO TU tightening the running of PANDARUS.

NISKO TU (J. Huxtable) – approaching the 700m shifted in tightening FLYIN’ FOR US and taking that gelding in. Rider was reprimanded under AR131(a) for careless riding and advised in future to only shift ground when entitled to do so.

RADIANT KNIGHT (B. Price) – jumped away awkwardly, shifted out and bumped OCEANSKY.

UTILITARIAN (J. Eaton) – tightened and lost its position on jumping away between BOLD DISCENT and NORTH MAN, which both shifted ground.

WANNASCHMACK (C. Murray) – rider accidentally dropped his whip in the vicinity of the 100m.

SACRED CHORD (H. Yuen) – jumped away awkwardly. Raced wide without cover throughout the event. Raced greenly from the 600m.

INDIAN MO (H. Yuen) – jumped away awkwardly.

OUR FORTUNA (T. Hutchinson) – rider pleaded guilty to a charge under AR132(7)(a)(i) in that she used her whip in consecutive strides and was reprimanded.

REALITY CHECK (T. Voorham) – raced fiercely in the middle stages, and in the vicinity of the 900m shifted in and bumped TUFF OPERATOR.

KEMI (J. Eaton) – a post-race veterinary examination revealed no visible abnormalities.

TUFF OPERATOR (M. Collett) – in the vicinity of the 900m was bumped by REALITY CHECK, which shifted in.

MUFFLA (D. Tourneur) – raced keenly in the early and middle stages of the event. Passing the winning post on the first occasion had to be eased away from the heels of GROUP THINK, which had been steadied. Laid in, in the straight.

CHARLESFORT (C. Jones) – raced wide without cover in the early and middle stages of the event. Rider explained that it was her intention to take up a forward position in today’s event. After jumping away on terms with the field and being caught wide in the early stages she elected to take hold and try to find cover; however, given the formation she was unable to do so and CHARLESFORT raced three wide without cover in the early and middle stages. She added that the gelding finished the race off well.

VANCOUVER VELVET (S. Fawke) – jumped away very awkwardly and as a result was slow to begin. Laid in under pressure in the straight.

GROUP THINK (C. Murray) – approaching the winning post on the first occasion had to be steadied when racing in restricted room between MICKLEWHITE and THE MASTER, which both runners shifted ground.

LANGWORTHY (NZ) (R. Milnes) – raced keenly in the early and middle stages of the event.

THE MASTER (C. Tootell) – jumped away awkwardly and shifted out.

CUBAN WATERS (T. Pannell) – raced keenly in the early stages of the event. At the entrance to the straight was taken wider by LUCKY FORTUNA.

LUCKY FORTUNA (S. Logan) – laid out from the 500m until the 200m. At the entrance to the straight hung out taking CUBAN WATERS wider on the track.

MIZZ BEEBEEFF (T. Voorham) – slow to begin.

REDWINELOVER (A. Lindsay) – raced keenly in the early stages of the event.

RUN AND TELL (C. Tootell) – jumped away awkwardly, shifted out and inconvenienced LORD ALMIGHTY.

FOURTH POWER (T. Hutchinson) – laid out under pressure in the straight.

LORD ALMIGHTY (W. Cave) – slow to begin and was inconvenienced by RUN AND TELL, which shifted out on jumping away. Laid out rounding the home turn. In the vicinity of the 200m had to be steadied when it improved onto the heels of ROCK HARD. Inside the 100m had to be steadied when tightened for room between IT’S A MISTAKE and ROCK HARD, which shifted out.

ROCK HARD (I. Lam) – laid out in the straight and inside the 100m shifted out across the running of LORD ALMIGHTY. Rider was severely reprimanded for careless riding under AR131(a) and was advised in future to ensure she stopped riding and straightened her mounts when they commenced to shift ground.

Laid in, in the straight. Near the 100m became awkwardly placed on the heels of RUSTYDUSTYSUNSHINE for a number of strides.

DUCHESS NICCI (B. Price) – bumped on jumping away by BASE OF FIRE. Raced keenly in the early and middle stages of the event.
