She stays at the mile from a good barrier and looks well placed here. DETORON is a former NSW galloper who was good second-up in SA at odds when she led and was beaten 0.6 lengths behind Proven Correct here. She can run a cheeky race again. WANNASCHMACK was specked from $41 to $26 here last time when 2nd behind On The Scent which is good form and he draws a nice barrier. AFRICARN LAD was OK two runs back.

ARAMOSO was beaten 1.1 lengths in 3rd behind The Jouno at Gawler before he jumped in the deep end and was beaten 8 lengths behind Air Assault in the Morphettville Guineas last time. He draws a good and looks hard to beat in a race like this. MADAM MILLY was beaten 3 lengths in 2nd behind Oakland Raider on debut and then followed up with an OK run beaten 4.3 lengths behind Sir Sway on the Parks, that’s good form for maiden. DOUBLE YOU OWE has been runner-up at two of his three starts, the latest behind Nisko Tu at Strathalbyn. He draws out but should be in the finish. THE LAST DANCE has been placed at two of four, the latest when 3rd in the same Nisko Tu race at Strathalbyn and he draws a nice barrier. STARTS NOW is on debut for the Richard and Chantelle Jolly stable and has was 2nd in her first trial back in February. He draws a good gate and must be kept safe. LITTLE CHICAGO was runner-up behind Amelia Valentina at Balaklava two runs back and can be in the mix. FLYING YANK has been placed at three of seven, the latest at Gawler behind Holmes two runs back.

VOLCANIC EXPRESS has been just behind the placegetters at both runs, the first at Morphettville when 4th behind Tres Belle before running another 4th behind Who’s Afraid here last time. He draws a middle gate and should run well. Stablemate OUR GLAMOUR GIRL was a $101 chance when only beaten 1.7 lengths behind Who’s Afraid here on debut. SIOUX WARRIOR has shown ability placed at four of eight starts and comes off a 2nd at Balaklava behind Stokomo. He’s got an equicast and synthetic hoof filler for the first time which isn’t ideal but he has form good enough to be in the finish here. LORD VALEN was runner-up behind Voltage Point at Morphettville two runs back before an OK effort when beaten 2.9 lengths in 3rd behind Bene Magic here. STRASBEAU is on debut for Richard and Chantelle Jolly running 3rd in a recent Gawler trial behind Reciprocal. He should run well from a middle gate. TRELAZE was a drifter on debut before running OK beaten 3.5 lengths behind Kikusui at Mt Gambier. He draws a nice gate. HISWAY had backing at Balaklava three runs back and was again in the market when beaten 3.9 lengths behind Zesty Spice at Gawler last time.

FOXY FEMME resumes and was an impressive Gawler winner on debut back in November 2022 when she came from a mile back to win and was placed at five of her next seven starts. She hasn’t raced since running 5th behind Aviatress at Morphettville. She has trialled OK and is right up to winning a race like this fresh over the short course. EGYPTIAN TYCOON is a former NSW mare who was placed at Gosford and Kembla Grange last time in work. She trialled OK at Gawler for her local debut and the stable is flying. TOI ET MOI was placed at Balaklava behind Oakland Raider before proving too good for Spirit Of Camelot here last time and should go well from the wide barrier. WHO’S AFRAID was well backed to run a $1.85 favourite when too good for Aggressive Bee, who has won since, here last time. She draws a good gate and should run well. HOLLANDAISE showed ability last time in work winning on the Parks. SCUDETTO was a Port Lincoln winner two runs back and gets some weight relief. BEERZ WITH CLINT looked the winner here first-up from a long spell three runs back, he’s been freshened since running down the track behind Lovely Lookin’ at Morphettville on Cup Day.

She gets in well here and looks hard to beat. PERSIAN EMPIRE comes off a 1.3 length win here last time out beating APPLIED. He gets some weight relief and should give this a shake even with the weight. Stablemate BELLMAN was placed behind Scottish Solider at Strathalbyn before he was sent out favourite when 3rd beaten 3.9 lengths behind Shakespeare in the Streaky Bay Cup last time. He has a big weight but should run well. STOCKED AND LOADED comes off a solid effort when beaten 2.5 lengths behind Shiny Rock at Broken Hill. He gets blinkers again here. MR RODMAN was runner-up behind Mandragorian at Port Lincoln two starts back and when $3.70 into $3 when beaten 12.8 lengths behind Zoffany Rocket at Strathalbyn.
