Inner Sanctum (S. Metcalfe) – underwent a pre-race veterinary examination on arrival on course as it had raced at Balaklava on Wednesday, 17 April 2024, and was deemed suitable to start.

Megaphone (A. Lindsay) – lost its near fore plate during the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no visible abnormalities.

Seven Shots (C. Munro) – between the 1200m and 1000m laid in and tightened SHADOWIST onto BOLD DISCENT. Raced wide without cover for the majority of the event. Rider reported that the gelding hung in, in the back straight.

Shadowist (H. Yuen) – bumped at the start. Between the 1200m and 1000m raced tight to the inside of SEVEN SHOTS.

Tuff Operator (A. Jordsjo) – laid in when placed under pressure in the straight.

Eleanor Queen (R. Milnes) – slow to begin.

Sheezahiflya (A. Livesey) – a post-race veterinary examination revealed an abrasion to the off hind leg.

Daniel My Brother (A. Livesey) – rider reported that the gelding hung out in the early and middle stages of the event.

Oli Alpine (A. Lindsay) – rider explained that the gelding resented the kickback in the early and middle stages and was reluctant to stretch out; however, when placed under pressure in the straight made some ground.

Me Name's Harry (A. Lai) – bumped at the start by MISS DIAMANTINA, and as a result shifted out and bumped CHUCKAMICKY.

The Pharmacist (C. Munro) – severely hampered at the start when EMMOOKI MAGIC stumbled, shifted out and made heavy contact with the gelding. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no visible abnormalities.

Chuckamicky (S. Fawke) – bumped at the start and became unbalanced.

Emmooki Magic (S. Metcalfe) – stumbled badly at the start and made heavy contact with THE PHARMACIST. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no visible abnormalities.

Miss Diamantina (F. Atkinson) – began awkwardly, shifted out and bumped ME NAME’S HARRY.

Correct weight was delayed to allow the connections of THE PHARMACIST to view the vision of the start in relation to whether the gelding was denied a fair start.

Badiss (H. Yuen) – began awkwardly and lost ground. Laid in when placed under pressure in the straight. Rider explained it was her intention to settle outside the leader; however, due to the poor start she found herself at the tail of the field.

Jamcra (NZ) (T. Hutchinson) – held up and unable to improve between the 450m and the 250m.

Wicked Addiction (A. Livesey) – a post-race veterinary examination revealed no visible abnormalities.

Royal Landing (A. Lai) – slow to begin.

Axecapital (NZ) (R. Milnes) – disappointed for a run approaching the 150m and shifted out across the heels of FUNNY LEGS to improve.

Excelman (NZ) (C. Munro) – slow to begin. Rider reported that its was her intention to settle midfield; however, after the poor start she was unable to do so. She added that in her opinion the gelding would be better suited over more ground.

Ripple Effect (NZ) (J. Doyle) – rider reported that the mare was not comfortable on the dirt track. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no visible abnormalities.

Evening Bride (R. Milnes) – laid out under pressure in the straight.

Aban (NZ) (S. Fawke) – underwent a pre-race veterinary examination on arrival on course as it had raced at Balaklava on Wednesday, 17 April 2024, and was deemed suitable to start.

Charlesfort (F. Atkinson) – laid in under pressure in the straight.

Shalaga (C. Tootell) – began awkwardly and lost ground.

Shipwreck (I. Lam) – raced wide without cover for the majority of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no visible abnormalities.

MR RODMAN (NZ) (D. Caboche) – a post-race veterinary examination revealed no visible abnormalities.

Regal Rocket (S. Fawke) – began awkwardly and lost ground.

Keep Swinging (A. Lai) – raced wide without cover for the majority of the event.

Riverside Rock (C. Munro) – hung out rounding the home turn.

Seporia (H. Yuen) – began awkwardly and lost ground. Rider reported that she bumped her left knee when her horse jumped awkwardly. Rider was examined by the First Care Medical personnel after the event and was passed fit to fulfil her remaining engagements.

Tommy Tomato (W. Cave) – buffeted between runners at the start and lost ground.

Zoutons (A. Livesey) – tightened at the start between TOMMY TOMATO and VIVA LA VIDA, which began awkwardly and shifted out. Raced wide without cover for the majority of the event.

Rippa Buzz (S. Metcalfe) – underwent a pre-race veterinary examination on arrival on course as it had raced at Balaklava on Wednesday, 17 April 2024, and was deemed suitable to start. Began awkwardly and shifted out.

Defactor (A. Lindsay) – a post-race veterinary examination revealed no visible abnormalities.

Fluffy Bunny Feet (C. Tootell) – raced wide without cover for the majority of the event.

Laila's A Gem (D. Caboche) – slipped behind at the start, and shortly after was severely hampered by JIMMY DA DOZER, which began awkwardly and shifted out.

Jimmy Da Dozer (F. Atkinson) – began awkwardly, shifted out and severely hampered LAILA’S A GEM.

Mizz Beebeeff (P. Brewster) – raced green rounding the home turn and laid in when placed under pressure in the straight.

Champagne Affair (I. Lam) – rider was reminded of her obligations under AR131(b) to ensure she rides her mounts out fully to the end of the race.

Viva La Vida (H. Yuen) – began awkwardly and shifted out.

Following this event H. Yuen required medical attention following the injury to her knee that she sustained in an earlier event.

Amani Farasi (P. Brewster) – rider reported that the mare travelled well for the majority of the event; however, when placed under pressure failed to respond to her riding. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have atrial fibrillation (first occurrence). First aid administered. Co-trainers, Ms K. McKerlie and Mr W. Hornhardt, were advised that they were required to comply with the Racing Australia Code of Practice in order for the gelding to be reinstated to race.

Harbouring (S. Fawke) – underwent a pre-race veterinary examination on arrival on course as it had raced at Balaklava on Wednesday, 17 April 2024, and was deemed suitable to start. Momentarily held up near the 400m and shifted out around the heels of AMANI FARASI to improved. Laid out under pressure in the straight.

Leon's Shout (F. Atkinson) – rider reported that the gelding resented the kickback.
