TAB Finals Day unearthed some potential stars of the future, led by Racing Rewards pin-up horse Validated.

The Peter and Belinda Blanch stable will continue to raise the bar with the exciting four-year-old who unleashed his powerful finish to claim the $105,000 Gytrash Final.

The $40,000 purchase from the 2021 Magic Million Adelaide Yearling Sale has now won six of 12 starts, taking prize money to $319,130 with $66,900 coming in Racing Rewards bonuses.

The Phillip Stokes stable have plenty to look forward to with exciting mare Wakanjeja who made it three wins from as many starts when she unearthed her huge finishing burst to beat some handy types in the $105,000 Riziz Final.

The $45,000 buy from the 2021 Inglis Classic Sale has earnt connections $164,515 in prizemoney, more than $100,000 coming in her last three starts.

Andrew Gluyas has a lot to look forward to with Walk Like An Angel who could be a horse to watch out for during next year’s Adelaide Racing Carnival after her dominant victory in the Rebel Raider Final.

Wearing the same colours of her dual Derby winning stablemate the series honours, Walk Like An Angel showed sharp improvement second-up without the blinkers, $31,700 of her $139,940 in earnings coming via Racing Rewards bonuses.

“She’ll definitely get black type,’’ jockey Jason Holder said.

Kayla Crowther provided Murray Bridge trainer Gary Boyce with just the second win of his short training career in the Restricted Series Final over 1800m with Punchin, a $2000 online bargain, while All Beans was plucked for just $10,000 to win the Country Sprint Series Final for the in-form Justin Pickering stable.

Manzala looked destined for retirement before continuing his form turn around in the $105,000 Skybeau Final and take his earnings above the $300,000 barrier, Aaron Bain and Ned Taylor’s Midnight Mass another horse to end 2023 in style with his Country Mile success banking his connections more than $90,000 in his past four starts.

Gawler horseman Darren McLeod is also enjoying a wonderful ride with Danish Fortune after she nailed En Francais in the final stride in the Happy Trails Final.

The $140,000 yearling was found by McLeod for $28,000 and claimed $57,250 with the victory, followed up by a narrow defeat in the Group 3 Eclipse Stakes at Caulfield which added a further $36,000 to the pockets of connections.

Locally bred mare Starlite Valley gave the Kym Healy a big win when she dominated in the Viddora Final taking earning just shy of $240,000.
