THIRSTY GUEST was sent out favourite in the Gawler Cup last week, he was solid late beaten 2.8 lengths. His previous win here was super and he gets a good barrier. DANISH FORTUNE comes off a solid effort when 2nd in the same race. He’ll get a nice run from the inside. MAGNETIC EDGE was another to run well in the same race, he draws well, only query would be he’s winless from 15 starts here. QUANG TRI comes off a solid on speed effort at Pakenham behind Starianne, her best form is right up to winning a race like this, but she draws a sticky barrier.

RACE 2 - 12:07PM Croser Handicap (Heat of the TAB Rebel Raider Series) (1100 METRES)
DEEPFLOAT DIVA has been impressive winning his two starts, he was dominant first-up at Murray Bridge before showing plenty of bottom to win here last time. The inside gate might be a slight issue. Stablemate KALASEC resumes, he’s trialled well and was a Murray Bridge winner two starts back beating WALK LIKE AN ANGEL who was a good winner here in June and draws a nice gate for her return. DUBENENKO comes off a better effort when she made good ground in the same race. She gets the claim, was specked when markets opened from $9-$6.50 and should be in the finish. KINETIC JEWEL was good beaten less than a length in the Deepfloat Diva race last time and meets the winner 2kgs better.

RACE 3 - 12:42PM Gordon's Pink Handicap (1200 METRES)
MISS REMSKI has been in good form, she was solid behind Picky two runs back before another solid effort beaten 1.2 lengths behind Anjopin. TOSEN WATER was $4-$3 fav in the same race running 2nd, she has to overcome a sticky barrier here. MISS MUCINNI was OK first-up from a spell behind Aviatress here, she draws well and has been placed at two of four second-up. PIVOTAL FORCE has been around the mark and only beaten 1.8 lengths behind Portation at big odds last time. YARDSTICK has won his past couple back in class, he maps perfectly from the barrier. MYOCEAN WARRIOR comes off consecutive Port Lincoln wins and must be respected.

LIGHTS OF BROADWAY is a progressive staying mare. She was a soft 3.5 length winner back in class at Gawler before an even more impressive 2.5 length win over Exopipi here last time. She’s weighted to be winning again and the $3.30 opening price didn’t last long. SIR KINGSFORD has won three of his past four and was dominant beating Dr Dee Dee here last time. He’s progressive and looks the danger. AMMO AMOR has been racing in good form and took late ground of Silent Surrente last time, DARLAMAX was OK in the same race and has been in the money at five of his seven starts here. VINO DECASA NOSTRA comes out of the same race beaten 5 lengths and did win two of his previous three.

RACE 5 - 2:02PM TAB Handicap (1050 METRES)
SGHIRRIPA is a good horse, and he was impressive first-up from a spell when he was a smart winner over Press Down. He draws a perfect gate to be winning again. BRISTLER is another very nice horse resuming. He went to the paddock winning on the Parks and Murray Ridge. He’s trialled up nicely, has the 3.5kg weight advantage and should run a big race. CELSIUS STAR has a good record around here and gets in OK with the claim despite a sticky barrier. HOPE AT HAND ran through some good races last time in work, she has trialled only fairly but has placed at all three first-up runs. SPORTS CHOICE has been good her past couple running 4th behind Wakanjeja and Aviatress.

RACE 6 - 2:42PM Grand Syndicates Handicap (1800 METRES)
SUPERIOR SAM followed up a maiden win to score impressively here last time beating Episodic. She draws out but looks to have upside and this is another winnable race. POINTLESS PRAISE was beaten 1.4 lengths in the same race, he draws a middle gate, should be thereabouts again and the money has been solid early. DUAL FUEL made good ground in the same race, she draws a nice gate and should be thereabouts again. PRICILLA’S CHOICE has been racing well and wasn’t beaten far behind Anjopin last time.

RACE 7 - 3:22PM Triple M Rush Hour at Morphettville Handicap (1050 METRES)
RICH MEMORIES is a former Victorian in the Clarken/O’Shea stable and has placed at two of his three fresh runs. He draws a nice gate and the stable have a good record with horses when the blinkers come off like they do here. JUNGLE SENSATION has won the six races and was on speed when beaten 4.15 lengths in BM64 grade at Moe last time. CHOSEN MISS hasn’t raced since April when 2nd behind Just Jazz at Oakbank and as beaten 2.4 lengths behind Prairie Fire in a handy race prior. ROCK HARD can give a sight from a good barrier coming off a good win at Strathalbyn. LANCELOTTO was OK when 3rd behind Santastic last time at Balaklava. IRISH MIST comes to town having won her past couple at Port Lincoln, gets the 3kg claim and draws a nice gate. ALL BEANS has been specked at double figure odds.

RACE 8 - 4:03PM Dave Loy Handicap (1522 METRES)
FREE VINO was runner-up twice before he was well backed from $4 into $2.80 to win by 4.3 lengths on the Parks last time. He draws out but looks well placed again. CHIPSON was good first-up at Murray Bridge before just missing at Naracoorte behind Midnight Mass. Stablemate WHISKEY HANGOVER made good ground in the same race and draws a nice barrier. GHETTO SUPERSTAR brings solid Victorian form here and was favourite when 3rd at Pakenham on the Synthetic two starts back and then beaten a half-length at odds at Geelong last time. JENKINS is chasing three wins on the bounce and blew like a gale from $7 to $15 before beating Fancify here last time. He gets some weight relief from a good barrier. WHISKEY ‘N’ WOMEN comes off a good Murray Bridge win when specked at a price. He draws out but has placed at four of seven here. FLEURIEU FLIPPER was a good Balaklava winner two starts back before being well tried when 4th at Bordertown last weekend. I NEED A DRINK comes off consecutive Port Lincoln wins and must be respected.

RACE 9 - 4:42PM John Letts Cup (Previously Tokyo City Cup) (1800 METRES)
PARTY PRINCESS looks ready to win. She ran super in the Stocks Stakes when 4th behind Amelia’s Jewel before she was beaten 6.45 lengths behind Wishlor Lass at Caulfield. Jumping from the mile to 1800m looks ideal for her now and she draws a perfect gate. ARRAN BAY brings solid Victorian form here running 2nd in the Benalla Cup two runs back behind Brayden Star before running 5th beaten 4.6 lengths behind Muramasa in the G3 Coongy last time. THOUGHT PROVOKING defeated Agreeable in the Centaurea Stakes here three starts back and should be fitter for two runs back from a break chasing home Amelia’s Jewel in the Stocks Stakes and then Maktoob last time at Caulfield. WATADEEL bring some good Victorian form here running 4th behind Jennilala at Caulfield last time out. He draws a nice gate and should make his presence felt. PUDDING regained winning form beating Adelaide Ace here over this trip. SILENT SURRENTE was back to winning form here beating Ammo Amor, she drops nicely in weight but this is harder. CAPTAIN ENVIOUS is another Victorian who won the Murtoa Cup two runs back before he was beaten 6.75 lengths at Horsham as a $1.95 fav last time out. NOT USUAL GLORIOUS is ready to peak after two runs back from a spell. He gets out to his right trip, has been specked from $26 and looks nicely weighted. MORTY won this race last year but would need to lift.

RACE 10 - 5:30PM Peter Elberg Funerals Handicap (Heat of TAB Gytrash Series) (1200 METRES)
STRUCK BY looks ready to roll here second-up where he’s won three from five and with the blinkers going on. He gets some weight relief but draws a sticky gate and was overs at $8 and now his right price at $5. KENTUCKY CASANOVA is a winner here at his only start beating WONDERWOMEN, who comes off a Caulfield effort where she didn’t have a lot of luck, back in February. He’s won two of three first-up previously and has won a recent trial for his return to racing. OCEAN REWARD has been in the money at four of eight starts here and was beaten 1.3 length behind Queman last time. RICH GINA made good ground behind Anilla last time and she could be back near her best. MY KHALIFA is a nice horse first-up from a spell. He won the Listed City Of Adelaide three starts back and should get a gun run from the barrier but is winless from four previous first-up runs.
