RACE 1 - 11:35AM Sportsbet Bet With Mates Two-Year-Old Maiden Plate (1000 METRES)

Shane and Cassie Oxlade have MADAM JEANETTE on debut who has won two trials, the first at Oakbank and second here recently beating Cash and draws a nice gate. MESROUR was 3rd in that trial and looked after late. He was runner-up behind Dyer on the Parks track at his debut and followed that up with another good run beaten 1.5 lengths behind Dancing Storm at Murray Bridge back in March. Darryl Hewitt has two on debut. SNOOPY NOW was 2nd in the Surprise Pending trial while SIR NOW was beaten 7.8 lengths in another trial here and gets blinkers for the first time. Richard and Chantelle Jolly have AVANZO who was 4.7 lengths 4th behind Karavas on debut back in October and has trialled OK, while MONDELLO was beaten 8.6 lengths behind Colmar on debut at Morphettville in December. She was OK in the Madam Jeanette trial here. DARLINC has been placed at two of four starts the latest at Gawler behind Kuroyanagi and has two trials under her belt for a return, the latest here behind Madam Jeanette. SO GRAND had market support at odds when beaten 5.6 lengths behind Lincolnshire in the Dequetteville Stakes on the Parks in April.

CROWN AND ANCHOR has been placed at four of 14 stats, the latest here running 2nd beaten 1.3 lengths behind Trumpty Dumpty. He sat outside the leader and was beaten on the corner when 4.4 lengths behind Military Press at Gawler. MAJESTIC MOSHE was narrowly beaten when 0.7 lengths 3rd behind Mist The Dedline over 1700m at Gawler before being well beaten by Whiskey Sour there. RELLEUM made ground when beaten 2.6 lengths in the Mist The Dedline race at Gawler last time. ABSOLUTELY STOKED was on speed and only battle last in the same race.

SUPER INTELLIGENT was 3rd behind Lifestyles at Balaklava and OK again when beaten 3.6 lengths behind Maxildo at Gawler last week. She jumps up in trip which looks ideal for her and this is a winnable race. SAVSONIC has been placed at six of 11 starts and battled after a good run when beaten 9.8 lengths behind Whisky Sour at Gawler last week. She was placed at Balaklava and Penola previously. IVA DREAM was narrowly beaten by Mist The Dedline at Gawler two runs back and then beaten 10.4 lengths behind Maxildo there last week. LUDO was a $101 chance when 3.25 lengths 3rd behind Patsy’s Star at Warracknabeal last week.

RACE 4 - 1:20PM Sportsbet Same Race Multi Maiden Plate (1000 METRES)

MINE ALL MINE has been solid in all three runs. He was 4th here on debut before running 2nd behind Hajra beaten 1.7 lengths and then good again in city class last time beaten 1.9 lengths behind Fashion Dog at Morphettville. He draws out and looks hard to beat. CINCHONA resumes and was OK beaten 3.4 lengths behind Zanthron on the Parks on debut. WADAANA has been placed at two of her past three, the latest at Balaklava when 3rd behind Star Sirius. She was beaten 3 lengths behind First Maid there last time and draws out. STRONG MINDED debuts for Mark Lewis and has been kept safe in early markets. HYDROSPERE was OK on debut beaten 4.7 lengths behind First Maid at Balaklava. SAMID is on debut for Grant Young and trialled OK when he covered ground beaten 4.8 lengths in the Crown Riches here.

RACE 5 - 1:55PM Thomas Farms Class One Handicap (1400 METRES)

FREE VINO has been placed at two of his three runs here and wasn’t far away when beaten 2.4 lengths behind Riverplate last time in Saturday company. STAR SIRIUS was a Balaklava winner on debut and then followed up with an OK beaten 5.1 lengths behind Surprise Coming in a strong 3yo race here. She draws a middle gate but there was plenty to like about her debut win against the pattern. DIVINE FIRE if a former Clarken/O’Shea filly now with Stephen Theodore and she looked good coming from a long way back to win her maiden in the last stride at Morphettville in December. She had three runs leading into the carnival and was spelled after she had backing at odds when beaten 11.7 lengths behind Quickster in the Lindop Stakes and was OK running 3rd in a recent trial here. ENDLESS FAITH draws wide but was 3rd beaten 1.7 lengths behind She’s Ternacious at Edenhope last time out and was a winner here three runs back in maiden company beating Our Glamour Girl. DARE TO BE FREE was placed here and at Strathalbyn before being beaten 4.1 lengths behind Morris Minor on the Parks last time. LONGWARRY was $101 into $61 when he led up that race and stuck on well beaten 3.7 lengths in 3rd. Stablemate FIRST TOSEN raced on speed and was beaten 5.1 lengths in 2nd behind Navy Gold last time. ALLEGEDLY is an import who spent time in Victoria and was placed at Sale back in December. UNDERCOVER AGENT won a Strathalbyn maiden three runs back and was beaten 10.3 lengths behind Extra Hot at Gawler last time.

RACE 6 - 2:30PM Spry Civil Construction Rating 0 - 56 Handicap (1800 METRES)

SOUTHERN SHOOTER has been around the mark and was runner-up behind Burning Bright at Balaklava three starts back when $3 favourite and then favourite again when beaten 7.6 lengths behind Favourite Child at Morphettville. His past couple have OK and he gets some weight relief from the wide draw. OCEAN BLAST was a winner here at massive odds four runs back and then was well ridden to score at Balaklava two starts back. His latest was a 5.3 length 10th behind Riverplate at here in Saturday grade, he draws out. MONSEAGLE won consecutive races at Strathalbyn and Gawler before he was beaten 7.4 lengths behind Soaring Eagle at Morphettville. He comes back to midweek grade. AMERICAN TROUBLE has been placed at her past couple the latest at Balaklava behind Fizique, she is a winner here. JAMROCK comes off a Port Augusta win, SALUTE THE STARS has an OK record here but was only average behind Rockbarton Road at Gawler last week.

RACE 7 - 3:05PM Beyond Ink Benchmark 56 Handicap (1200 METRES)

KUSHAN KHAVINVALE was placed at three consecutive runs before winning at Gawler beating Kublai and then followed up with a good effort in Saturday grade when beaten 2.2 lengths behind Riverplate here. He gets in OK after the claim and should be fighting out the finishing, the knock is he is winless from eight starts here on his home track. NASHO was good leading throughout at Strathalbyn two runs back and then stepped up in grade and was on speed but well beaten when 7.6 lengths behind Surprise Coming here. He can give them something to chase. ZERO INN has been runner-up her past couple and was a $3.10 fav when she led but found Navy Gold too good at Balaklava last time out. She has three wins and two placings from her seven starts here. HIT THE SLOPES is fitter for one run back from a spell when well beaten behind Three Rings here in Saturday grade. He won a Balaklava maiden in November and is an improver. ARTERO has been around the mark at his past three all at Strathalbyn, the latest beaten 4.2 lengths behind Nasho. ROMANOVA is a former Queenslander who is now with the Bain/Taylor stable and was a winner on the Gold Coast poly track in October and he has trialled OK. SCRIPTA has raced well here previously and has been placed at two of four starts here, the latest behind Alpine Flyer in August. THEY CALL ME DUSTY was runner-up behind Bridie Jean at Mount Gambier and resumed with a good win there beating Little Sandy. He draws out but looks to have some upside. BLUE SPECIAL stuck on OK here at his local debut when he led and was beaten 2.2 lengths behind Three Rings. LINKING comes off a Balaklava maiden win beating Nikolsky

RACE 8 - 3:40PM Sportsbet Set A Deposit Limit Benchmark 56 Handicap (1200 METRES)

JIVE BABY comes off a very impressive first-up win when a 0.6 length winner over Extra Hot, who has won since, at Gawler. She’s been in the money at seven of 10 starts here and should be in the mix again. SOAMES was a winner on the Parks back in October and had a break after he was beaten 6.6 lengths behind I’m A Dexstar at Morphettville in January. He looked pretty good in a recent trial, he’s placed at two of four fresh runs and has won here on his home track over 1400m. GLOBAL TURN was $1.44 into $1.28 when she won his Strathalbyn maiden by 5.2 lengths back in January and hasn’t raced since she was a beaten a length in 3rd behind Angelic Appeal on the Parks. She draws a nice gate and was good running 2nd in a recent trial here behind Zanthron. PRETTY RELIABLE was a winner here in January and won a recent trial here nicely ahead of her return. ALFANO was 2nd in the same trial. He was runner-up behind The Cassini here at his SA debut but has been well beaten in two runs since. HOLLANDAISE ran well at Balaklava two runs back when 3rd beaten 1.7 lengths behind Enlist and draws an OK barrier. HARBOURING was pressured in the lead when beaten 4.8 lengths behind Fantastic Host at Balaklava and then backed up four days later to win at Port Augusta beating Regal Rocket. HATEECH comes off an impressive 3.8 length Port Augusta win and she is a winner here.

RACE 9 - 4:15PM Fred Vella Tyre & Crash Repairs Rating 0-58 Handicap (1600 METRES)

ROCKBARTON ROAD has been racing consistently and came back in distance to 1719m before scoring a narrow win at Gawler last time as a $2.60 favourite. She is back in trip again but should run well. COVERED CALL was good beaten 2.1 lengths in 4th first-up from a spell behind Kushan Khanivale at Gawler and get back and made good ground when 4.4 length 3rd behind Navy Gold over 1300m at Balaklava. He has been placed at three of eight here and is getting out to a more suitable distance. THE CASSINI was a winner here four starts back and a $4.20 favourite at Mildura two runs back when narrowly beaten by You Betcha Woo. He was favourite again when beaten 6.8 lengths in the Fantastic Host race at Balaklava. HEADSMART is a Victorian who was placed at his only run here and was 3rd at Werribee two runs back.
