RACE 1 - 1:37PM Vale - Johno, Johnboy O"Neil Maiden Plate (1800 METRES)

LINDA BRAVE is lightly-raced and ran well first-up from a break when 3rd behind Famous Prince at Strathalbyn. She draws an inside gate and the jump from a mile to 1800m looks ideal. He takes another big jump in distance to 2500m but looks a horse trending the right way. MICKLEWHITE looks an improver out in trip after a good run when 2nd behind Frankel Star here last time. ABERLADY can run well here she was placed at Geelong two starts back before boozing on OK there behind Sassolino there last time. KATE’S REBEL is a maiden but a maiden racing well. He’s had the three trials ahead of his SA debut and should be in the mix here from an inside draw despite the big weight.
