RACE 1 - 10:57AM Sportsbet Jockey Watch Handicap (900 METRES)

FIRST MAID was runner-up behind Aviatress here on debut back in September and resumed with a Balaklava win against the pattern when she came from the back to score. She has upside and will be thereabouts again. Stablemate EVERGLADE is a former Victorian first-up for the Clarken/O’Shea stable and was placed at two of four runs before coming to SA. The blinkers come off and she must be respected. NOISE BY NATURE resumes here and was a good Morphettville winner on debut and then well beaten behind Kalasec before a break. He was OK in a recent Oakbank trial and should be in the finish. PUTANOTHERCOININ has been the horse to firm since markets went up. He was a Morphettville winner in December and spelled after running 3rd behind Vexatious Dancer there. He draws out but has upside.

RACE 2 - 11:32AM Fred Vella Tyre & Crash Repairs Handicap (1600 METRES)

ANGRY SKIES was a Sandown winner two runs back before he was beaten 5 lengths behind General Firepower last time. FAVOURITE CHILD was beaten 4.4 lengths behind Hot Off on the Parks before going to the outer track when a 2.2 length winner over Tappa Capall last time. PRINCE JOFRA was the horse to firm when markets opened from $8 into $5. He draws a good gate and has been around the mark and was a winner here earlier this preparation. PEACEMAKER has been racing well but is stepping right up in class here. WORSFOLD is a horse with talent and back in SA with Ali Brook.

RACE 3 - 12:07PM Congrats Hazel Fertier Australian Horsemanship Award Racing Rewards SA Two-Year-Old Plate (1200 METRES)

DYER looked good on debut when a 0.7 length winner over Mesrour on the Parks back in March. He draws out, has trialled OK for his return and should be in the finish. DANCING STORM won the Magic Millions 2yo Classic here before a luckless run when 2.5 lengths 5th behind the promising Growing Empire in the St Albans at Moonee Valley. He was OK beaten 3.5 lengths behind Pure Aqua at Morphettville, then beaten 8.5 lengths behind Growing Empire there in the Breeders Stakes. He draws out and looks well placed. ROYAL MAJESTY showed good improvement to win nicely at Morphettville last time out beating COLMAR who was a Morphettville winner in December and draws a middle gate.

RACE 4 - 12:42PM Thomas Farms Handicap (2000 METRES)

SMOKIN’ PRINCESS was impressive here last time when she was well ridden and won nicely beating Hayai Mesu by 1.9 lengths over the 1800m. The jump to 2000m suits, she looks to be trending upwards and has been $3.50 into $2.40 since markets went up. EXALTED FIRE was good leading throughout to beat The Nephew on the Parks last time out. SILENT COMMAND showed plenty of fight to kick back and defeat AMMO AMOR who has been around the mark. DR DEE DEE comes off a 2nd behind Picaroon in the Edenhope Cup and draws a good gate.

RACE 5 - 1:17PM Sportsbet Fast Form Handicap (1200 METRES)

THREE RINGS has been in good form since coming to SA and broke through to beat Sachem here last time when he came off the speed. TACITO won his only race here in the MM 2yo Classic last March. His Victoria form is OK, placed at Geelong two runs back and can improve here at nice odds. HIT THE SLOPES resumes here and won a Balaklava maiden last time in work and has shown ability. KING MOYA has been in the money at all four runs here winning twice and was placed behind Three Rings two runs back before chasing home Master Montaro on the Parks last time. TALKIN’ ITALIAN won consecutive Strathalbyn races before running 2nd behind Sportsbeat at Morphettville last time which is good form for this. RIALTOR is an interesting runner second-up and he’s won nine races. He is another who could be an improver. BAMYAN BUDDAH won consecutive races back in December and has been in the top two at all four runs here on his home deck.

RACE 6 - 1:52PM Sportsbet Bet With Mates Handicap (1200 METRES)

HAJRA is a promising filly who was impressive here in maiden class two starts back and then followed up with a win over KATIM’S CLUB at Morphettville. She has a lot of upside and should take some beating again. Stablemate KOMACHI was a Gawler winner three starts back and comes off an OK effort when 2.4 lengths behind Geminga here. He draws the inside. The Clarken/O’Shea stable also have RESERVOIR DOG who was placed at his last three in Victoria but his two SA runs have been fair. THE GREAT BABY has been racing consistently and comes off a good run when 2nd behind Pure Paradise at Morphettville. He draws well and gets the claim. WALLY WEST continues to race well and was again working home well when 2.6 lengths 3rd behind Sportsbet at Morphettville but is finding it hard to win. BIT OF A REBEL has a handy record and is a winner fresh. He hasn’t raced since he was a $5 favourite when beaten 4.5 lengths behind Punchin at Morphettville in November.

RACE 7 - 2:27PM Spry Civil Construction Handicap (1400 METRES)

EAMONN’S MEMORY followed two wins over the border with a good run when 2nd behind Master Montaro on the Parks last week. BILLIE BRONX resumes and has a good record here. She followed a Gawler win with three consecutive placings before a break and her fresh record is very good with two wins and second from three goes. METRO LEGEND was good when he led and was 2nd beaten 1.8 lengths behind Sweet Baby Boom on the Parks last week. RIVERPLATE is first-up for the Hickmott stable and trialled OK at Oakbank recently. He was $13 into $7 when markets opened.

RACE 8 - 3:07PM Happy 70th Birthday Deane Pannell Racing Rewards SA Three-Year-Old Plate (1200 METRES)

SURPRISE COMING was narrowly beaten by Griff in the Exford Plate at Flemington back in September before running 3rd behind Sentimental Flame back at Morphettville. He was good here first-up from a spell when beaten 0.7 lengths behind Let’s Get Down and should take plenty out of that run. KINETIC JEWEL has won two of her six starts and was beaten 0.4 lengths first-up from a spell behind Storyteller on the Parks. She draws out but should be in the mix. WALK LIKE AN ANGEL is a handy filly who hasn’t had a lot of luck and was narrowly beaten by Lets Get Down last time here. LINGANI is a progressive filly who had the perfect run to win first-up at Balaklava. She has upside. GREAT MAXIMUS was a good winner at Oakbank over Easter beating Oakland Raider and then stepped up in class and was beaten 2.6 lengths behind Sir Sway in the Redelva before he was beaten 6 lengths behind Skybird in the Tobin Bronze. The blinkers come off from a middle gate and he should take beating. Stablemate KALASEC hasn’t raced since he was 2.3 lengths 3rd behind Overstrike in the MM 3&4yo race here back in March. He has been placed at two of three first-up runs and looks well placed. The third of the Jolly runners STAR SIRIUS was a $2.80 favourite when she defied the pattern and come from the back to in at Balaklava last time. HOT OFF has hit form winning his past two on the Parks and was ridden off the speed.

RACE 9 - 3:47PM Carlton Draught Murray Bridge Gold Cup 12 October Handicap (1000 METRES)

KLABEL has two wins from three starts here and comes off a good first-up run when he got back and made solid ground late to be beaten 1.1 lengths behind Keep Reading on the Parks. He draws a nice gate and should take some beating. SIXTEEN REASONS was beaten 0.7 lengths in 3rd behind Sweetened on the Parks before another good effort when 3.8 lengths 4th behind Delightful Shecky at Morphettville. She comes here fresh and draws the inside. BOONIE is an interesting runner first-up in SA for the Clarken and O’Shea stable. He was placed at Flemington last June and OK last time when 4th behind Wondereach at Sandown. He was $23 to $12 in early betting. OCEAN REWARD comes off a 6.8 length 8th behind Press Down here, he draws a good gate. MAGIC MAX has a good record here and was solid when beaten 0.6 lengths in 2nd behind Starlite Valley last time.

RACE 10 - 4:20PM Sportsbet Same Race Multi Handicap (1800 METRES)

HAYAI MESU comes off a solid effort here when 2nd behind Smokin’ Princess which is good form for this race. LONGER ROUTE returned to winning form back in class at Balaklava last time when he was on speed and soft winner, but may have flattered by the track pattern. He can be on speed here from a good gate and should run well. TIPPA has been knocking on the door and he led when 3rd behind Bellini Miss at Morphettville last time. ICHIBANSAN showed good improvement last time out when the blinkers went back on beaten 1.7 lengths in the Bellini Miss. He is a winner here previously Stablemate
